We recognise that after selecting the right team to help you complete your project, keeping to your budget is the most important task. Haywood Developments provide a statement of costs to help you to keep track of your budget. We arrange staged payments in line with work completed or equipment purchased on your behalf.

If you need Council Planning or Building Control but haven’t organised your application, we can arrange it for you. We will liaise with Planning or Building Control prior to commencing work and during the project to ensure that we fully comply with their requirements.

If you need Architectural Design and Consultancy Services for house extensions, loft conversions and new houses we can put you in touch with a fully qualified member of the Institute of Clerks of Works of Great Britain who works as part of our team.
