Driveway Security
By fitting an electric sliding gate, we managed to provide a partial opening gate from the outside and fully opening with remote controls for the cars with no loss of space, finished with a matching fence.

Kitchen Before and After
Traditional 1950s back kitchen and dining room. We removed the chimney breast and made the back of the house a much more modern dining kitchen with French doors out onto the garden. We added a large breakfast bar, leaving plenty of space for a table if required.

Stairwell to Bathroom
We took the large unused section of stairwell and moved the bathroom into it, making the 2 bedroom house into a 3 bedroom with modern white suite and full tiling. With a little extra work on other doorways the space gained added thousands to the house price. |

Traditional Old Fireplace
We completely revamped the room by swapping the door around, plastering throughout the room and fitting a modern stone living flame fireplace, making the room lighter and much more appealing.

Contemporary Bathroom Replacement The customer wanted to reuse an expensive Jacuzzi bath / shower, which we serviced and upgraded the pump, completing the look with a wall hanging sink and smart back to the wall toilet and cistern, producing an expensive look utilizing the customers original bath.
